We ship plants via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx and UPS. Tracking numbers are e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. We ship across the U.S. and incur no problems with the plants arriving healthy.
We keep our pond plants and products at the lowest possible price and charge to ship them rather than adding the extra cost of shipping to the products and offering free shipping.
We ship healthy pond plants, if there is a problem with your plants, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving them and we will correct the problem as quickly as possible. All pond plants are shipped bare root or in mesh net pots.
